The Back in Stock Product app helps notify users who have subscribed to a sold out product. If you are on a paid plan (such as starter, pro or premium), the app sends the “In Stock” email automatically whenever the system detects the product added back into the inventory almost immediately.
If you are on a Free Plan, automatic detection and notify is disabled, so the email for subscribers for any given product needs to be manually triggered by you to the subscriber.
This can be achieved by going to Swym Dashboard > Reporting > Back in Stock Product (placed on the top). This page will present you with a list of products and the number of subscribers waiting for the product to be back in stock.
Click on the button titled “Send back-in-stock Email” on a product, this will trigger our workflow and ensure the product is now in-stock and sends emails to users who have subscribed to the specific product.
