  1. What is the Wishlist action limit on the Free plan?
    The Free plan has a limit of 500 wishlist actions. This is a lifetime limit and does not reset monthly.


       2.  What happens when I reach the 500 wishlist actions limit on the Free plan?

Once you reach the 500 wishlist actions limit, no new actions will be captured. To continue using 
Wishlist Plus, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.


       3. What is included in 'Monthly Wishlist Actions'?

Monthly Wishlist Actions encompass all interactions within our platform, including wishlisting an 
item, subscribing for Back in Stock, saving for later, and more. To see the specific actions included
in your current plan or explore higher allowances in other plans, please contact our support agent

Wishlist Plus Storage refers to the total number of wishlist actions we can store for your account at any 
time. If you reach this capacity, the oldest data will be removed first. For higher storage options, you might consider reviewing our plan offerings to find one that better suits your needs.

  1. What qualifies as a 'Send'?

Sends encompass various types of outbound communications, including:

 

1. Swym Mailer Emails: Emails are dispatched directly from the Swym mailer.

2. Event or Notification Sends: Swym sends events such as price drop alerts, low stock alerts, and 
back-in-stock alerts, to your Email Service Provider (ESP) or SMS service provider based on your 
settings. These events getting pushed to your ESP or SMS provider qualify as sends and will count 
toward your overall Send limit per month.

  1. What happens if I reach my quota limits?

When you approach your quota limits, we'll notify you at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% usage. 
Exceeding limits may restrict further actions until the next cycle or an upgrade is purchased.


  1. Who is affected by the new pricing changes?

Only new customers or existing customers who choose to upgrade or downgrade their plans will be 
subject to the new pricing. Existing customers on current plans will not be affected unless they change their plan.


  1. Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your current needs through your account settings. Upgrades will take effect immediately, while downgrades will be reflected in the next billing cycle.


  1. How can I track my usage against my plan's quotas?

Your account dashboard provides real-time tracking of your usage against your plan's quotas, helping 
you make informed decisions about potential upgrades.

Yes, you can personalize customer account pages beyond what is offered in your plan. To access more

Nudges are Swym's innovative approach to marketing triggers—events or conditions that prompt 
shoppers to take actions like making a purchase. These nudges are designed to re-engage dropped 
shoppers and accelerate their purchase journey by delivering personalized, timely prompts across 
multiple channels like email, SMS, storefront, push notifications, and ads.
