With our paid plans (Starter and above), you have the option to translate and modify the text on the app UI and pages to suit the needs of your diverse customer base. This guide will walk you through the steps to easily configure translations, helping you create a more inclusive experience for your users.
- If you're on the Onboarding page, make sure that setup is complete. When done, you can access the Application Dashboard from the Monitoring section.
- Head over to Swym Admin to access the Native Language Support editor. You can do so from the banner on the Dashboard on Shopify Admin, or from the View Reports button.
- Once there, click on the Wishlist Plus tab under the configure section. You can access the configuration for Multi-Language support from this page.
- Here you'll find the option to edit the text.
Please note that we support the following languages out of the box -
- English
- French
- Italian
- German
- Japanese
- Spanish
If you don't see the preferred language in the dropdown, or notice that some of the text is not being translated, please reach out to our support team at support@swymcorp.com and we'll be glad to assist you.
